What year model of UT cups are you using. If you are using the newest (wider) UT cups like this one

you probably can just use grease.

But if you using the older narrower UT cups, i recommend using loctite 641. To prevent creaking issues.

Hope this helps

Why wouldn't you not want to use Loctite? Do it right the first time.

Why "bond" in a component if it's not necessary?

At least try it dry if you want but using grease is asking for trouble. In my book, do it right the first time.

...type in "press fit" and "creak" in the search bar, grab a beer, and read.

Every major manufacturer with press fit frames now recommends the use of Loctite 609 or stronger and primer/activator, when installing press fit cups in a frame. More specifically, Campagnolo more recently updated their instructions to include Loctite and primer: http://www.campagnolo.com/media/files/0 ... _06_16.pdf

You could install without proper Loctite, but your cups will start creaking soon enough, and then ur cups will begin grinding away material from your carbon shell negatively effecting the tolerances of your shell, in time forcing you to use an inferior aftermarket remedy like BBInfinite or other.

The best remedy is to do it right the first time.

look into other cups.. e.g. wishbone or kogel.. the 10mm of insertion depth in the campag press fit cups us woefully inadequate even with loctight they will walk out in time..

Unfortunately, Parlee cups are only available for BB30.

I have found the newer Campy cups, or any other pressfit cups for that matter to be just fine, so long as you do a proper install in the first place. That means a thorough cleaning and degreasing of the shell with something like White Lightnings Clean Streak, followed by the appropriate primer and loctite 609. Not a single install I've done like this has creaked or come loose. The cups are removeable with impact and the proper tools (don't be 'fraid), but once the Campy cups are installed they shouldn't need to be removed for a very long time, if ever.
Just do it right now and save yourself a lot of future grief. Use this...

So you don't end up like this...

Personally I prefer the unoriginal screw design, like the Praxis
https://www.praxiscycles.com/conversion-bb/
The screw fixation is more reliable to the glue I think.
