Ultegra update?

Any thoughts on R8000 availability? Specifially whether Ultegra di2 will start selling at the same time as mechanical? In DA case the mechanical version started to sell around October 2016 and di2 around Februrary/March 2017. Also the M8000 XT groupset in di2 was later than mechanical.
Have a feeling the scenarion will be the same with new Ultegra and we will have to wait longer for the di2 version..

It's cheaper than the 9100 and the performance is likely to be similar
If Di2 is released, I think it's probably Team Kill ...

Let's hope they price new Ultegra cheaper than 6800 like they did with 9100 vs 9000 as well.

It will make a great cheaper option. 9100 just doesn't seem to be different enough any more.

I wish Shimano had made 9100 more special - finish it differently or put ceramics in it - even if you don't agree they are a worthy upgrade.

if it's gonna be cheap enough I might wait and get this instead of 9100.
there's a price where the new crankset doesn't seem that fugly after all..
