Would it be possible to have a photo posted here so that we can get a visual understanding? While I've seen these in the flesh, I'm trying to grasp what I can try to do if I naively decide to lift a pair...

2016 SWorks cleat nut may also work.

The shoes come with 2 rubbers per nut that prevents that cleat nut from moving right?
Here's a pic from mine.

It's raining here almost everyday so I've only wore it once, but did not encounter any issues with the cleat moving.

These look perfect and only cost a few cents each but cost a fortune to ship to me. If you're in the US, please PM me!! Thanks.

Those rubber plugs allow you to move the cleat more rearward or forward.

Looks like exactly the same design as the older top end Shimano road shoes......and I've never had this issue with them....so what's the difference?

Have you tried McMaster Carr? They might ship a bit more cost effectively

I couldn't find these on M-C, and last I checked they don't ship outside of the US anymore.

Did you have those red spacers installed when you torqued the cleat bolts?

^ the red spacers are (can be) removed to have a more forward/rearward cleat position.

@gooboyr: are you asking me or the other poster with the slipping cleats? If you're asking me then no I did not remove them when I torqued down the cleat bolts. I don't see how they could make any difference on the issue I had.

I was asking you. Theory was that the spacers would prevent the nut from pulling down through the sole due to too much torque. But since you didn't remove them I guess that's out the window.

The nuts aren't pulling down, they are spinning.

From what i can see of these spacers, they'll make no difference anyway.
