Why don't you log in and ask them on instagram? We can't see under the tape. Could be anything.

Thanks, I did ask on instagram before I posted here. Just wondering if anyone knew offhand. Looking for an alternative to ergonovas to run internal di2 wires

Skunkworks is pretty friendly on the gram and would surely answer.
Worth noting that he has developed his own internal cable routing with the junction box in the bars and controlled at the bar-end. This is what makes them look so clean.

What about the new Pro Vibe's that have internal wiring, there's also a matching stem to run the wire through.

FSA compact bars also have this shape. Actually thought they were FSA until someone said they were Giant above. Just bought some actually. Fav bars now after doing a full 360 going through all types of bars on the market. Ended up with the same bars my bike came with

FSA Vero Compact
FSA Omega Compact
FSA Energy Compact
FSA SLK Compact
