Has anyone tried to get the bearings out from a pf30 bottom bracket? Was it a pain in the ass?

I notice sometimes pf30 bottom brackets have a better deal than bb30. The bearings inside the cups is supposed to be the same. Lets say you can get a good deal on a ceramic pf30, maybe it's worth a shot.

Now having never actually owned or held a pf30 bb I can't really know.

I appreciate your input.

Usually you have to press out bearings by the inner ring, which will damage the bearing.

You can get the bearings separately, without the cups.
