top tube bento box= less drag?

Hey guys,
I am thinking of making a top tube bento box for the sole purpose of decreasing drag (on my tt bike) . My setup is a normal stem and aero base bar.
The box would also have an inlet for the cables before then entering the frame.
What do you guys think? Less, more or equal amounts of drag as my normal setup?
