the rear wheel coming out of the rear drop outs, which can cause fractures in the rear triangle.


those are not the fractures i would be concerned about.

There are tendeny that the rear wheel coming out of the rear drop outs!
It finally can cause fractures in the rear triangle.

Hmmm. So that's pretty clear about the sales volume. Not exactly a homerun.... and 0.7 percent of them have had serious version of that rear triangle problem... undoubtedly more, like one in photos that has popped up in forums with a lot of clear coat damage, have had incidents that didn't get out of hand.
Wonder exactly what it is about that dropout?

An LBS I know well told me that there was a 60% increase in failed or warrantied Spesh frames during the last coule of years.

Seeing that picture I wouldn't be worried about the wheel slipping but for paying that sum for such a poorly built frame.
