Here I introduce my newly assembled bh. I got this frame second hand and my idea it's getting it under 13lbs or at least in the low 13's. I want to spend as little as possible. I do not have a fishing scale yet (It will arrive next week). The changes won't be immediate but I can get time to think about them and implement them. I have a couple of weight saving parts that probably will stay as they seem to be a good balance of weight/cost and
I have sram red cassette
Planet x brakes 190 grams
Bh evo bars 185 grams
Kalloy stem 112 grams
Reynolds assault (?) Tubular
Arione cx 180 grams
Tax tao bottle cages (?)
FSA k force 0 set back claimed 180 grams
Or hylix with set back 159 grams depending on the fit
And I plan on keeping the srm unless I get to trade it for a compact version of the same (if I recall correctly it was 700 grams including the press fit bb30.
A side question: would changing the chairings to sram red would improve shifting? Would I need to get it recalibrated?

any chance you could confirm size and weight of the frameset? looking to get an ultralight evo soon and wondering how close it is to listed weight
