Has anyone recently seen any good deals on either of these groupsets? Looking for new, have seen a few places have is for around $1400 AUD (for ultegra di2), wondering if anyone had seen it cheaper?

I just saw a Fuji altamira at performance bike with ultegra did minus cranks (rotor) and brakes (oval concepts for $1700. Sell the frame for 700 and you got all the components for $1000.

Or instead of doing all that, you could just go and buy the whole groupset from Ribble for less than $800 USD.

best price I've seen for a 9070 (mini)groupset is merlin cycles. 1000£ for shifters, derailleurs and battery, cables, junction boxes.
But I could be wrong

Such a question starts with your location . . . .
When I recommend a shop for you with a nice price but on the other side of the globe, with shipping and taxes I guess it will be not profitable for you. Not even spoke about possible warranty problems.

+1 for merlin if you live outside the US. Cheapest I found and I just finished a 9070 build

I got mine on Ebay for about $900. It's the upgrade kit. Everything but the cassette, crankset, brakes, and chain.

I've got a few hundred miles on a 9070 group that I don't really care for. If nearly new is of interest, shoot me a PM!

Thanks for the answers everyone, I'm in australia. The full groupset on Ribble is $1700 AUD and upgrade kit is $1150 AUD. I think you may have been looking at the mech prices @savechief.Merlin and Ribble do look like the best value.

@rocarule thanks for the heads up, I couldn't see any of them with di2 for that price but I'd prefer not to by a full bike and strip it. Shipping to AUS might be a bit pricey for a full bike too.

Just thought someone may have found somewhere with some crazy deals that occasionally come up. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

@Imaking20 will pm you, Cheers.
