Exact! Yeah I would say they're legal by the rule definition but it won't have that stupid little sticker. That said, I rode UCI GF trials and worlds and while they looked at your bike on the measuring stand, they didn't seem to be ultra fussy about UCI sticker. They did stick to the 5cm behind bb or 75cm infront rule on their job tho. You could go up to 80cm in front but u def had to be 5cm behind Bb in that case. Didn't see anyone needing the 85cm dispensation tho. Everyone got checked for motors with the magic iPad [emoji965]

I don't think that the forks get a sticker, just the frame? But the approved frame list includes the specific forks they were tested with, because of course some of the regs depend on the assembled dimensions of the frame and forks together. I actually get the impression that the UCI are a bit embarrassed by the details of their own frame regs now, but maybe that's just me
