OK the life time warranty has 2 roads to follow. 1) replace the frame for life time 2) "buy" the warranty by giving me back the money that I spent for the 1st frame. Those are the words from my lower mouth

Like I said , you need to find a person/organisation that can advice with consumerlaws and warranty problems. Maybe they come up swith something you could use in a complaint letter to Specialised or even to your Seller.

When you want your money back Im afraid not much will be left.
Just because for these kind of cases there are formulas. You have used the frame(s) for a particular amount of years and then this will be put in a calculation. Also a product has a particular amount of years before it writes-off. Lets say for a bike its 7 years. (just an example) Your first frame is the starting point in this, makes your legal right is only some restvalue to nihil, after all those years.(2008)

"They must pay you the money that you spend " that's the only way to buy from me the life time warranty no matter the years of use . The warranty is a different thing it came with the frame . When you change your policy in 2010 it only came for new products. It is not working for past models! that was the word's from his mouth. Don't forget the warranty not the bike is what the have to buy back

No answer! It seems that they eating time! Only hope USA after that.....the lower will start

After 2 months the new s work frame is on the way from USA.

That sucks it took so long and you had to jump through so many hoops but at least you're getting it replaced :thumbup:
