I think their strategy will be to follow FSA pricing :p

Even more than SRAM they appear to have put inflated RRPs on much of their high end kit while selling to OE market at much, much lower rates - hence the incredible proliferation of Gossamer parts on 105 bikes, SL-K cranks on Ultegra gruppos etc. Theoretically these are more expensive parts but the manufacturers wouldn't be swapping them in unless there was a cost advantage.

So I wouldn't be at all surprised to see WE in the aftermarket at DA DI2 rates, but on complete bikes at £1000 or even £1500 less.

indeed, sram etap can be had for less than $1400 now thx to pound to usd exchange rate, still can't beat $750 6870 di2 gearset, the $500 to 600 price difference is hard to justify.
