Hello and advice needed please.

New bike arrive today (online order). There is a small blemish to the chain stay. Looks like manufacturing issue or potential impact.
The bike is in perfect shape otherwise. No signs of transit damage. Should I be concerned?

Thanks.

Buy 3K€ Cannondale HiMod frame - then you will see wht "inperfection" means... at many places ;) . This is just tiny finish issue.

I can be wrong, and have plenty of examples for that ;)

Looks like slightly bad inspection during production before the finish coat of paint was applied. Not an impact since the paint covers the divot. Didn't get the carbon glue epoxy smooth in that spot. Inspector missed it or passed it without being concerned. I'd guess it has zero impact on function of frame. Not even an aesthetic concern really if its on the chainstay. My chainstays are black from chain oil/grease. Even the white bikes.
