Castelli bib shorts seem to run a bit on the small side. I weigh 62kg and I wear a large. I also have a Castelli bib shorts in medium and I feel it's too tight. I'm saving the medium for my son. Your mileage may vary.

Castelli size up. Current Aero bibs are tighter around quads compared to Rapha pro team and previous Aero model.

I'm Medium in Castelli and small in Rapha. 63kg.

In rapha classic or pro? I'm usually under 60kg during season.
Pro Team Bib Shorts, and their tops too, but I don't really like those.

Small in Assos and small in Castelli although the Castelli is definitely snugger, maybe half a size smaller on me (wish they gave you some room on the front like Assos do). The Assos come up on the shorter side too which suits me, the Castellis are rather long; I'd go for the Castelli mediums but they come up about 10 mm too long on the gripper and consequently flap. I'm 1.68M and 56 Kg
