I use 80mm valve.
60mm valve is shot

Don't use longer valves than you should. It throws the wheel balance off. 80 MM is simply not necessary. Pro mechanics often take off the extenders once they inflate the tyre.

The 60mm valves on Continental Supersonic tubes leaves just enough room to get my track pump valve on so its all good!!

I have Zipp 404s (58mm deep) and I use Continental Supersonics 60mm. My track pump fits, just.

Used to use Continental Race Lite tubes with an 80mm valve.

Since this is weight weenies, I would go with the 54g 60mm Supersonics!
