Do you mean the entire rear dropout or just the derailleur hanger? You can get replacement hangers from Colnago but if it's a whole dropout lug, where the chainstays and seatstays are bonded to then that's a different matter. That sounds like it would be a repair job that may or may not be doable. Pics? The derailleur hanger simply is attached by two screws. No glue.

Ruckus Composites will fix it better then new for you. Unless it is just a hanger, then you can fix it yourself as long as you align it when you are done

@mvacolnago: have you had any first hand experience with Ruckus Composites? I need to send my C59 away for a chainstay repair. Was going to use Calfee but I've heard of Ruckus and would like to know more.

Ruckus has worked on my Colnago EPS. They modded it for di2. Great workmanship, and very good communication. There are pics of the mods to my bike somewhere on this site. Edit: here's the thread viewtopic.php?f=3&t=136617

I've also seen an example of them replacing a dropout on a Colnago...check their site or Instagram for images. It was a couple years ago.

Thanks guys, for the quick reply.
Calnago, I love your C59 build.
GonaSovereign, I'm actually thinking about drilling my frame, havent decided for mech or di2, yet.
It seems the mech frame are partly prepared as the drop-out has the wire hole, at least on 2013 frames.

Yes, its the entire rear dropout I need.
It snapped for the former owner, right at the radius where the wheel shaft stops when mounted. Its mounted in seat stay with a screw and bonded only in chain stay.
I'm sites in Denmark, and have been in contact with a very well reputated workshop here.
I would prefer a result as close to original as posible.
Otherwise we could a doner dropout lug from another brand.
Another possibility would CNC or maybe 3d print (I can model it in inventor myself). Could be great to add just a little extra strenght to ensure that the derailleur hanger would snap first, if any future accident.

I can add pics later if needed.

Calnago, he has fixed numerous bikes for racers here in the Chicago area, he also did the conversion and paint job on my EPS. They had to drill all the holes needed, open up the BB shell so the wiring fit, and patched the holes that were no longer needed.

mvacolnago:
Wow, very classy ride.
Did you recover the seat yourself?

@mvacolnago: thanks for the information and nice stuff you have there. I've spoken with both Calfee and Ruckus, and likely will go with Calfee for my repair... mostly because I've dealt with them before etc. and know they do good work. Not that Ruckus doesn't, and Ruckus will do things (like dropouts), which Calfee won't touch. Hmmm.

Working on the repair.
I will manufacture the frame part myself.
Anybody have a recommendation on the alloy type?
Thinking 6060 T6 or 6082 T6

Hi Colnago can repair-replace this for you.
It will be like new but the cost will be high compared to an independent specialist.

If you want post a photo here.
