Hey all!

so - the Cane Creek 110 comes with a top cap that uses a star nut on the bolt.

This is not good obviously for carbon Enve road 2.0 forks. Without using the star nut there is no way to clamp the top cap down.

Now - I could use a regular FSA plug - with it's top cap that then screws down to clamp the spacers down.

But is there a way to use the CC top cap?

I've attached 2 photos - I've turned the top cap over just s you can see what it's like underneath...

Just use the CC top cap and screw with an expansion style plug. Like this sort of thing.

I too have a CC 110, and I use the top with an ENVE compression plug with my ENVE fork. It works just fine with zero issues. I suspect you could do the same with a PRO (ala, Shimano) compression plug as it uses the same design as the ENVE.
