Look ideal as I can swap it to the spin bike in winter. Price looks good now too. How accurate is it though?
If I upgraded later to the second pedal, would I notice much difference in accuracy?
Garmin 2S experiences?

I would stay far from Garmin Vectors, I had 2 sets & endless problems. I bought a torque wrench and followed all the instructions.
The information is amazing showing which degree you start and end power stroke. If you're unweighting your foot on the upstroke ect.... but it was completely inconsistent and unstable with just basic power stats.
Check the Garmin forums to see if anything has changed

If you have the same BB in all your bikes and the derailleur set for the same rings then switching cranks is faster anyway.

I have Garmin Vector in both of my bikes one with Vector S 1st gen and the other one Vector 2S. I haven't had any kind of problems with neither one of them. The Vector S 1st gen has over 10K of use and Have only had to change the battery that's it , no problems for me
The Garmin 20 and 25 are not power meter compatible. http://www.dcrainmaker.com/2015/06/garm ... 20-25.html
Just be aware of this.

Have Dura Ace 9000 cranks on my bike, 175mm, and think I've got 172.5mm cranks on the spin bike. Maybe spin bike could have the cranks changed to some cheapo 175mm effort.
Hadn't actually considered that, need a look at the spin bike to see if it's an easy job or not compared to a road bike.
