Vittoria Pave tubular width
Moderator: robbosmans
Can somebody chime in with the actual Vittoria Pave CG III tubular 25mm and 27mm width?
I know that Open versions run slightly lower than declared and was wondering if that might be the same case with tubs.

I can't measure until I get back from my trip but I recall it was almost exactly 27mm for the tubs.

in my experience 27 mm on hyperon were like 0.4 mm wider than 25 mm. that is of course a 20 mm rim. actual width on wheel was in order of 24.5 mm as i recall. can measure when i get home.
25 mm ran fine on c59 and c60 (and eps for that matter).

Just for clarification, the OP was inquiring about tubulars not clinchers

Thanks for the info.
New Vittorias G+ started appearing in reasonably good prices, tempted by 28mm.
Did anybody have a chance to measure the actual width of that one?
