Are you talking about the Threadfit cups themselves or the adapters that get pressed in to the Threadfit cups that are specific to whatever crank you are using?

The Threadift cups are just threaded into the alloy shell which is an integral part of the bottom bracket lug. You need the tool that fits into the slotted ridges but then it just turns out. Arrows indicating tightening direction are right on the outside of the cups. Obviously turn the other direction to get them out. Easy.

Calnago is right! (again :) )
if you have a 1st generation C60, the bb tool will have come with the frame
If you have the 2nd or third generation C60, you will have to go to a bike shop who has the specific tool, as Colnago stopped dishing them out after the 1st generation!

Just out of interest, why are you taking the threadfit cups out of the frame? We must have had a couple of hundred C60 in our workshop and haven't had one yet that has needed the threadfit cups out of the frame
