Buddy has a Z3 with an Edge 1.0 and AX Lightness carbon brakes, and we were wondering if it would clear Conti GP 4000S tires in a size 25. Works fine with 23's, but dunno about 25's.

Any insight of actual experience with that would be appreciated.

I have enve 1 forks which as far as I am aware are the same.
I have ax Orion brakes
I run veloflex 23 but looks enough room for 25
You can set ax brakes pretty wide.

thanks xena.

huge sale going on at the u.k. websites for tires, so rather than miss that, he's going to go with the tried & true 23's.

plus in true ww ethos, they're lighter.... :D

Conti GP4000s 25mm are about 3mm wider than Veloflex 25mm labeled tires.

The Contis will grow to 28+mm on wide rims.

Regrdless of size or price, get some quality open tubulars like the new Corsa G+ or the mentioned Veloflexes, they're just so much nicer than the Contis.
