I know people mention Joe Bell but does anyone have links to "the best paint" jobs they have seen? I am seeing mostly single color paints on a metal frame which doesn't really seem all that exciting.

Every single bike gone through there shows how good that paint shop is. Painters know, they see the details and the hard bits done right and that is why he is so respected.

Its "easy" to get a good looking finish on a carbon frame. A lugged metal frame has a load of challenges just not seen on a carbon bike.
