Connect Shimano DI2 to Etube software issue....

Hello All,

I am using E tube software on paralell plesk and try to connect my DI2 to it.

There is nothing i can do i always end up with the message asking me to connect



I tried to press the button on the connector and remove the shifter cable from the connector only letting the battery connected but it doesnt change anything.

Hi,
I had a similar issue, when I plug the Di2 charger/usb end into my laptop it takes about 3 to 5 mins for the laptop to recognise the new connection!!!! Once it finally picks it up its lets me navigate E-tube. So have ago at connecting it to your laptop then head to the fridge for a cold beer, or make yourself a nice cup of tea! Then when you return (hopefully) the connection will be made and away you go.

This works for me anyway.

I fixed it finally.

May i know what did u change in the system ?

I use fast gear shifting this is the only thing i changed.
