lake cx402 heel pad

does anyone know a european source for the replacement heel pads?

local (uk) dealers i've tried do not stock them, google finds some in australia but even before shipping the price is crazy; with much surfing i found a dutch store that has no stock and shows a picture of a rear light on the product page

after just a couple of rides and cafe stops, maybe 200m total on foot, the hard part of the pad is already very worn, i can't see it lasting too long, then at some point the rubber will go and the cf heel will get chewed up

if i can't get the proper lake pads i may try improvising, maybe rubber from a climbing shoe resole kit?
