I ride a Tarmac Sl4 S-works. I pressed in a C-Bear shell with Italian thread to fit my Campagnolo ultra torque crankset. I made a Specialized Tarmac with Italian bottom bracket.
It worked very good. I used my Campagnolo Record groupset without problems on my Tarmac sl4 s-works.

I recently bought Sram Etap. I bought it with GXP crankset. I thought that I can use the C-Bear shell that is already pressed in (secured with removable Specialized epoxy) and only srew in the Truvatix GXP drive cups with Italian thread to make it work with the GXP Sram Red cranckset.
I wonder now if I made a correct assumption? With the pressed in C-Bear shell the bottom bracket is now 69,60mm wide. When I look at the Sram GXP bottom bracket instructions, do I need the extra spacers before I srew in the GXP drive cups?

An Italian BB is 70 mm wide. SRAM instructions can be confusing IMO but you should not need any spacers on a road setup, either English or Italian.

Your link does nothing to help.
There's sometimes a buggy.
How many drivers does a buggy have?

One.

So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
and if you fix your attitude you can ride along with me.

Spacers are for MTB cranks, because MTB has a number of threaded BB widths, first original road BSA, then another to increase chainline for tire/stay clearance, and once again for rear suspension.

Thank you!
@Bikerjulio: I added the link to show the spacers in the Sram GXP instructions.
