Either a troll or ...

Guessing godlike trolling as they have even borrowed their friend's Quarq so that they can mix Shimano and Sram.

Is it that disturbing to see a bike with cross brand components?

Here's my bike (sorry for poor photo quality)
Image
105 shifter
Ultegra brake, RD
Dura-ace FD with SRAM chain catcher
Force Cassette (i like SRAM's 11-28 than Shimano's 11-28)
Red Crank-arm with Praxis ring
CAMPAGNOLO wheels

how do you like that? Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo live together peacefully :D

Not necessarily. If there's some logic to it, it's fine. But if it's because the owner just bought whatever was cheapest - then yes, without showing any respect to the bike, then yes, it's disturbing.

Take your Caad for instance, why aren't your group set parts the same product line? Looks like you bought the frame, and made a good deal on some ultegra parts and sram chain set, and after that you needed the rest end just bought whatever you could find in the classifieds.

I'm not religious about not mixing brands, but campy wheels, just don't belong on that bike. If you really wanted campy wheels, you could at least have bought Fulcrums. But again, looks like you just bought the first good deal on wheels, you could find.

Thanks for the comments. I rechecked the saddle and indeed it was not level. Fixed that. I also rotated the bar forward so the shifters are no longer sticking up as much as before. With this new cockpit position I did a 100k ride today with 1500m of climbing. Absolutely loved it. I also spent more time in the drops and had no issues with reach or comfort. Here's the latest setup.

I forgot to ask one question. Currently I have 40cm wide bars. Should I keep what I have or go narrower like a 38cm?

Width of bars is largely dependent on your shoulder width.

It's all downhill from here, except for the uphills.

So many changes in such a short time. I would be dizzy. I mark my changes with a small white line from a paint pen. If I had done this at the start of the thread I would now have a white bike weighing 10+ kgs.
Comfort first as the rest have suggested and have a tape measure and document your changes. I would like to think I look like Peter Sagan on my bike but that would be delusional

The fact that you were able to use the drops more is a great improvement. Bar angle looks to be spot on now. I still recommend trying a shorter stem for shorter reach and so that you have room to experiment with saddle fore-aft (try moving saddle back a bit).

I'm pretty sure I look just like Sagan on the bike.

This is Richie Porte's bike. We have the same height. The frame is a 48cm. Maybe I should go to a bike shop and test ride a 48cm, and see if I can actually ride it without crashing it
