What's a good stem and handlebar weight? Decent Average weight ?

is there any issue mixing carbon bars and alloy stems? i just purchased a Deda superleggera RS carbon bar and will be changing the stem soon as well. not sure if i should try looking for a carbon stem or it won't matter. some alloy stems like the ritchey wcs 260 are crazy light, near 100g for 100mm and the price is great.

on ebay, it is around 20 usd, or even cheaper.. with free shipping. you can get a lot of acetone from the difference
