I tried to find meaning in the Stack/Reach ratio, and for a fixed frame size (e.g., the size always sent to TOUR magazine) it can begin to define the riding position okay.
But for people who don't ride that frame size, I think S/R is not helpful. The reason is the S/R ratio changes across the size range, more than it changes between Race & Endurance bikes.

True, That's why I gave the relative stack & reach for each frame as well. S/R Gives a quick overview for an individual comparing their required frame sizes.

Have you looked at any women's specific frames?
They tend to have taller head tubes.
