parlee z5, SMALL vs MEDIUM, trouble with choosing size

Hi guys. I'm Korean bike rider.
First of all, sorry for poor English.

I rode parlee z5 with 100mm stem few years ago.
I'm planning to buy another parlee z5
and I'm having a trouble with choosing size between S and M.
I'm 5.6ft (170cm) with 26.5ft (81cm) of inseam. Long arms, legs and highest flexibility.

It is really difficult to choose size between small and medium.
Is it difficult for me to ride Medium size parlee?
Or just ride Small size same as few years ago.

ps. I sold the small Parlee few years ago so it is not belongs to me now.
And I'm planning to buy another parlee, the medium one.
It is really hard to find small one so if medium fits to me, I'll gonna buy that.

Impossible to say, but I would think a Medium would be the correct size... Small sounds like it may be too small... I'm 173cm (so just a hair taller than you) and ride a Z5 Medium/Tall with a 130mm stem.

From the photos you can probably ride both sizes. The problem if you go to a size medium will be that you will need to use a stem shorter then 100 mm. You may not enjoy the feeling of the steering with the shorter stem. The only reason to buy a medium is if you must have a taller head tube.

For me, you look very good on the small. If you are happy with your position on the small, it is not a good idea to change.

Is there a good bike fitter you can go to who can check your fit on the current bike and look at geometry specs of the medium and small to see what would fit you better? 100mm stem on a small bike would leave me to think that the medium would be too big -- not sure you want a shorter stem than 100mm.

Shorter stems will not track as well - more affected by body movement and input into the handle bars. Our of the saddle always felt strange to me with shorter stems. Everyone adjusts to the different feeling and compensates after a few rides. It is not the end of the world.

if they frame in the photos is a small i'd say it fits you well and i'd be looking for another in that size

i don't think the Med is the right size.. it'll be too long in the top tube.

I'm 5'8" but with a longer torso and next to no flexibility. I ride a medium short with a 90mm stem. I've ridden it with a 110mm stem as well and 130mm (too long). My current stem has a more negative drop then my previous Enve bars/stem so the 90mm stem does not feel short to me in the drops. Looking at the pictures I'd say you look fine on a small.

nothing more riding and a proper fit won't fix..
using an internet forum instead of spending the $$ on a good bike fit is not a good way to save money

If that is an S in the pics, the M will be much too long for you, you already have the saddle way forward.

Stem spacers are good, use them when you need them.

Riding too large a frame to get the stem slammed = too much internet

go with the small tall. i'm 5'7.5" and ride a small with a 25mm set back seat post. 110mm stem.
