Bottom bearing isn't proprietary.
Both are Campy style 45 x 45. Top is 1 1/8" yes and bottom is 1 1/4". Top is 42mm OD and bottom is 47.5mm OD.
Chinese seller sell a lot of these as aftermarkets.
1 1/2" bottom headset bearing is still preferably in terms of handling which they dropped in favor of 1 1/4" to make the headtube smaller for aerodynamics. Specialized also reduced their bottom diameter from 1 1/2" to 1 3/8" at the same time. Comes across as fickle to me as the larger bottom bearings gives less twitchy ride handling around fast corners. Wish they'd go back.
