@dark_albert- What is the thickness of the carbon for these pulleys? They look really thin. Are they the same size as speedware?

my normal version is a 3mm thick.
the light version (which is not tested yet) is 1,5mm thick.

i do not know wich thicknes speedware is unsing. but mine are with 10 tooth.

I also made my carbon jockeys in 3mm.. it seems to work good.. just tried it a 2H ride. I'm little bit sceptical to 1,5mm.

Very nice work! 1.5mm WOW (because the normal version is SO heavy: a true WW :lol: :wink: ) ! Thanks for the clairification.

it was just a test. i had some carbon in 3 and 1,5mm. so i made one in 1,5 anthought this could work for the lowerpulley. the top pulley will not work in 1,5 because this will not be strong enough to keep the chain for shifting. The lower got the only function to pull the chain. so i think my 1,5 will go for it.

i will just build the rear plate. i am looking for some carbon. so it will start if the carbon is here.
