It really was a terrible review, he fits $600 brakes with 2 year old cables - and then complains the return spring is not strong enough?!?! Really...?
2019 Trek Emonda SLR, SRAM eTap groupset, eeBrakes G4, Berk Lupina Saddle, TUNE Schwarzbrenner 60mm wheelset - 6.4 kg
And in some cases the casings will have to be changed in order to work well.photek wrote:It really was a terrible review, he fits $600 brakes with 2 year old cables - and then complains the return spring is not strong enough?!?! Really...?
At least to my old sram aerolinks the casings were too short.

does anyone have a spacer (the ones used to adjust for rim width when mounting pad holders) for the current model that they can measure for me?
inside and outside diameter
thickness
i've got all four installed at the moment so hoping to avoid taking off a pad holder to measure

Hey there Sungod.
If you come up with an alternative source for those spacers please let us know - I could use some more (for some reason my latest set of EEs only came with 4 spacers (one per pad) rather than 8 (two per pad) which I need for my narrower rims.
Cheers
