Some seat bags come with a stretch strap underneath the bag for a tub, some bags are also big enough you can put one inside, others are made just for a tub to fit inside like the Jandd Tire Bag II, Arundel Tubi Seatbag, Topeak Aero Wedge bag comes in 3 different sizes, the 3rd one is a bit large but a tubular will fit inside along with a mini tool, tire tools, rim glue etc, plus it has a stretch strap under the seat for an additional tub.

I don't carry a spare, as I haven't flatted since 1978. Seriously.
I carry a patch kit with (probably) dried-up glue, just in case.

Stopped carrying a spare. I just bring a small bottle of stans sealant, valve core remover, co2, cell phone.

Can you use a hand pump with the Stan's instead of CO2 or do you need a fast inflate to seal the puncture?

It's all downhill from here, except for the uphills.

I've had flats large enough that Stan's didn't work. Cell phone isn't always an option. Glad it works for you.
