I have got a Tune MAG 160 hub (purchased 2006 or 2007) that has developed some play. I have got the TT08 tool set. I need to put in a spacer to remove the play. Could someone please explain what I need to do to get the end cap off (drive side or non-drive side?). Any help would be much appreciated as I do not want to ruin the hub.

It is probably not what you are looking for, on my tune mag 180 I had to use two 5mm allen keys to unscrew the cap that sits over the axle and keeps the free hub body on the axle. when it was undone I had to pull with all my force (or wiggle) on the body to make it come loose.

Thanks for the reply. The MAG 160 hub does not have allen key ends on the axle as it is carbon. In hindsight, I wish I had the MAG 180 as it is a lot easier to service.
