For the THM crank, you'll need one designed for a PF30 frame. Your frame is has a T47 bottom bracket shell, but the bearing size and placement will be the same as if it was a PF30 shell.

Sorry for asking again but are you sure? Looking at the pictures at the link below, the bearings seem to be seated a few mm below the outer ring of the BB. Claviculas will need some sort of spacer if they are to be used with this BB.

May be @Bely's right, that t47wide is the right one...
Do all road frames with T47 have the BB30 width shells (68mm) or do some use the T47 wide shell that's the same as a BB386 shell (86mm)? Both are available but maybe only MTBs use the wide shell. I was a little unclear on which shell width the OP's frame has.
Also, are Clavicula cranks available in a BB30 only axle/arm? I've only seen the BB386 crankset. I know BB exist to put the wide cranks in the narrow shell.

Would be great if they made a shorter spindle version for bb30/pf30 frames - still very common. STW stats would be through the roof!
