So it's really back to BB30 bearings (6806) pressed in the frame ? Nothing to do with PF30 cups.

Shell inner diameter (ID): 42mm
Two 6806 bearings (42mm OD, 30mm ID) pressed directly in frame and stop at removable snap rings

If you use a hollowgram crankset your best bet is your local cannondale dealer. They can order it for you. I tried to find a shop that carries it online with no luck. I guess the reason is that only the slice and the new hi-mod supersix uses this type of BB.
Aftermarket third party solutions usually only available for shimano, sram gxp and rotor cranksets:

BB30A != PF30A
The BB30A has been used in the CAAD12 and newer Synapses, while the PF30a is the one they use in the slice and and latest hi-mod supersixes.
