I got a sneak look at my gift. I'm holding off on riding until my daughter officially gives it to me for Christmas.

I can't believe I'm going to say this... but I like it! Sharp looking rig.

Had a few different Caad's and a Cervelo S1.
All good bikes but not quite as nice as good carbon. They just feel a little industrial.
Saying that I really liked my Caad 10 pictured. It was a great bike.

I just picked this up for £150 with standard blue Mavics. Looking forward to riding it.
I had one a few years ago, the frame was solid but the groupset was wrecked so not much fun to ride.
It's hard to beat a Caad for the money.

I collected an Emonda ALR frameset two days ago in a 62cm.

Full Ultegra, Ultegra 6800 wheelset with GP4000s tyres. Xxx stêm and seatpost, comes to a surprisingly low weight of 7.2kg without cages and pedals.

Been trying to post an image but it needs to be resized.

Took it out for it's first ride today. The Emonda ALR is very stiff and comfortable, and very similar to my SL, infact I'm sure the ALR is lighter. No weights to verify that though.

Has anyone cross shopped spooky and vynl? If so, feedback please...

Both FTW made, both similar geometry.. differnces as far as I can tell are that spooky lists deddaciaci tubing and vynl doesn't allow for internal routing?

I've got one of these in green https://bowman-cycles.com/product/palace-r/
As sharp and responsive as my old Caad 10 but more comfortable and with a bit more fun (although that could be the color)
