DT Swiss ratchet system upgrade. Worth doing?

The 54t ratchets are known to chip teeth. I do service them more then I do my 18t set up. I always use dt grease, its thick and stays in place. I'm not one to worry about grease causing drag as long as it's doing it's job.

For mavic style spring pawls, yes. DT is totally different and they specifically say to use grease. They seem pretty smart about hubs and function so...
