Rohloff lube all the way, it's thick and sticky, great for both dry and wet conditions, and easy to clean off

I used to use Pedros stuff, but I didn't penetrate as well, and I often had to carry a bottle, esp after cleaning (degreasing with mineral spirit) and lubing the chain.

current BB is SRAM, but that will soon be changed to Hawk Racking bb86 soon. so wanted to use some thing light for grease.

what's your favorite?

So much friction. . . really hilarious, what are you thinking?
You are looking for something that gives less friction?
You really think you benefit with that?

The "friction" you feel by hand is totally overruled by the power of your legs.
For performance you will not see any differece with a lighter lube.
Use logic and common sense.

Normal bearings, Ceramic bearings require different approach, are best greased with not too thin stuff.
And modern systems requires much faster regreasing than old systems. Because of the short intervals, In general it doesn't matter much what grease you use at all. As long it is a bearing grease. You really dont need fancy expensive stuff. Go for something like Galli bearing grease. https://www.bike24.com/p2126249.html
