Ritchey Superlogic or Zipp SL ???

I'm looking to change out my cockpit and seatpost to one of the above.

Anyone with real world experience and weights of either setups?

Handlebars will be 44cm, 110 stem & 27.2 seat post.

Going on my Scott Addict Team with Zipp 404s.

I have Zipp wheels and a Ritchey headset since I knew these were the paths I wanted to go down with the build.

Thought Deba but Zipp/Ritchey/Scott works IMO.

Ritchey Superlogic seatpost will be the lightest you can get (pretty much guaranteed to be at 150g or lower) without going into Mcfx, Ax, Schmolke territory. The stem is made from carbon, therefore, as all carbon stems, heavy. Bars... probably 200g or so.

Cannot comment on Zipp cockpit components.

I have been riding on a Ritchey Superlogic Flexlogic (mouthful) seatpost for about 1.5 years. It has performed solidly and provides a decent amount of comfort-flex; of course, I'm sure my 94kg heft "encourages" some of that flex.

Oh, the seat-rail clamp mechanism is not the easiest to adjust, but I don't adjust my saddle frequently. FWIW...I just purchased a second one for my other bike.

My frame comes with Ritchey Superlogic flexlogic seatpost. 27.2 - 350mm - 15mm offset. 6g over claimed

I've got some Zipp SLC bars (traditional bend) that I absolutely love. 177g in 42 width actual weight.

I'm just over 100kg (rugby player, but dropping), so I'm sure it'd flex more with me on it

Zipp

• Bars: SL 44cm – 170g
• Seatpost: SL Speed 20mm setback (27.2x330) – 172g
• Stem: SL Speed (100mm) - 123g
• TOTAL: 465g

Ritchey

• Bars: Superlogic II 44cm – 195g
• Seatpost: Superlogic Carbon Link Flexlogic 15mm setback (27.2x350) – 145g
• Stem: Superlogic Carbon 260 (110mm) – 125g
• TOTAL: 465g


So as you can see, they are identical in claimed weights… Thus making the decision even harder

Fwiw... I have zipp bar, kalloy stem, and Ritchey post on my cx/gravel bike. Zipp bar, soon another Ritchey seapost, and Pro stem on my road bike...with shimano components and campy wheels. Hehe
