Adapter etap for baum and bb? - Help

Arrghh guys i'm confussed ;-) The bike doesn't come with any BB, and my old bike was a bb30 bracket, where my lbs installed c-bear adapter so it could fit my gxp crankset (bought the gxp because i did know i would buy a another bike) and i think i will buy the chris king, so it matches the headset and so on.

Any others who can confirm i should buy the #9 adapter also?

If it's a BSA threaded BB and you plan to run GXP then the #9 adapter is what you need - ignore the talk of spacers etc., that's all irrelevant!

Your frame's BB must have been exactly the right width so your install did not need the spacers. That doesn't mean that it's that way for everyone.

I ordered the #9 just to be safe. Do i need a special tool? or does any lbs have this cup ?

Did you try contacting Baum yet? If not, might save you a bit of stress.

Your LBS should be fine with this.
