Hi,

I have bought a used Cannondale CX9 (made 2009), when I took of the fork to cut it a bit, the bearings fell apart.
On one of the bearings it says "TH Industries 1-1/8 45-45" or something like that. Both bearings have the same outer- and inner diameter.

Here are some pictures:

Can anyone link to a headset kit that contains everything I need?

Please let me know if you need more information.

You need a 45/45 'campy' style headset.

For example, an FSA Orbit CE - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/fsa- ... p-prod9069

What do you mean? From what I can tell the upper and lower bearings have the exact same size.
The bearings in link @CrossRob suggested have the same label as mine "TH Industries 8 1/8 45-45"

you're right - my mistake . it's "straight" steerer, not tapered . For tapered you need specific ...

Another thing is "height" of "campy 45*" - I found 3 different height from 3 different suppliers... difference was to have fork grinding headset or not to have, so best is go to any LBS with old bearing and compare.

Or find some "cannondale expert shop" - they have original spares - it's best solution.

I've got that FSA Orbit one on my CX9 at the moment. Before that I had a Cane Creek equivalent one.

OD 41.8mm
ID 30.2mm
45x45 degree

And then measure the depth of each bearing. They will most likely be 6, 7 or 8mm.
