Hello, I'm wondering if such Handlebar exist. I'm looking for a Road Bike Handlebar where I can attach some components with 22.2mm clamp. (can also be 22.3mm....some MTB bars have both specs). standard 31.8mm diameter for the stem.
Carbon is my preference....any help?

You are right, that's what I found. Its a bummer that I can't find a nice looking carbon road bar with 22.2 grip. I am having this idea to retrofit my MTB with road bars but still using the same Hydraulic brake levers...that's why I'm interested on this.

Planet X do drop bars for MTB's. Couldn't swear to the diameter, though.
In the past, I converted a singlespeed bad boy disc into a drop bar, with some home-made coke-can shims for Formula Oro brakes.

No use for shim since I want to fit a mtb brake lever (22.2mm) on a drop bar. If it was the opposite STI brakes on mtb bars...shim would be useful.
