To get right to the point, I'm will soon have a new bike, and these are my two choices, but I'm having a hard time deciding. The emonda is used (but in good shape) and comes with a Sram force 22 build (except for ultegra brakes) for about $1500. The BH would be new, about $500 more, but would have durace ace shifters and derailleurs (11 speed), ultegra brakes and cassette, and a rotor crank.
Anyone with any experience with either of these bikes would be welcome to weigh in, or anyone with and informed opinion. I'm torn here. Thoughts?

Yea, this was where I was looking at getting the BH from.

I almost bought that bike last week. I went a different direction. The extra 15% off would have helped.

RC is different than "pure" U-light. Same layup, different fibers.

Comparing Trek Vs BH at frame build quality, accuracy, paint... I would never choose Trek even for the same €/$/£ . For the brand "blink", being "trendy" and in "mainstream" - then Trek is obvious choice ;) .

BH is much more bike for the money.

I can be wrong, and have plenty of examples for that ;)

I have a ultralight RC with Force 22. I really like it, it climbs well and its stable on decent. The steering is quick and took a little while for me to get used to it. The frame is stiff compare to my old ti bike, especially on medium and large bumps, but damp the vibration well everywhere else.

The only thing I want to change now is the brake cables and the brakes. I just "feel" the Shimano Ultegra on my old frame has more solid brake feel, especially in the rear. Oh and 25mm tires are coming once the 23mm tires shows signs that it needs replacement.

It came out as 17lb flat for size L, now has different pedals + bottle cages.

I would choose the Ultralight RC.
I have the Evo version and it's one of the best carbon bikes I've owned.
Climbs like a goat, you can pull a group in fast group and it's descends like crazy. I love the snappy'ness of the bike.
The steering is race twitchy, so you have to mentally adjust to your input choices.
For $2000 with 9000, that's a steal.
I'd choose bb386evo over bb90 for the options of cranks alone.
