Hi, about the SRM k edge chain catcher, I would like to know if we can use it with the sram red Yaw derailleur, cause the derailleur has already a chain catcher?
not sure if the k edge can be installed?
thanks

Not sure what real benefit youd have from changing out the sram catcher ?

I'm using the SRAM red right now. It appears a little less beefy than the K-edge, but it seems to work just fine. I have never lost a chain.

I considered doing this one time... Swapping a sram catcher for third party one. Purpose was to shave some grams. While the actual new catcher was lighter than the SRAM one, all the fixing bits made it heavier!

The SRAM one seems to have an elegant design for integration with the FD.

If you read carefully, I'm talking about the SRM catcher for the magnet to wake up my powermeter.
