Once cut to length and heavy Di2 bung removed, should be around 160g I hope... Shame it's £90 over here in the UK.

When You cut the last 5cm with Di2 insert You should save around 35-40g as someone mentioned on forum in another thread. Gonna cut myself next week and will see final weight

FSA SL-K SBS SB20. 25.4mm. IIRC it's 210grams at 350mm uncut. £90RRP.

Edit: For reference the Thomson Elite inline 25.4mm x 330mm is 255grams.

Mine FSA SL-K SBS SB20. 25.4mm Di2 ready was 218g real weight.

For 90£ better choice is C'dale Save Carbon seatpost which out of the box is 199g (350mm length uncut with Di2)

Its a shame I didnt see that one. Just bought a second hand (unused) cannondale c2 25,4x300mm setback post and got it today. Paid about 45 euro with shipping... It was 216g and maybe I will cut it like 3cm, not more...
The hardware on it is 70 or was it 73g so theres room for improvement.
From a synapse 2016.
My stock c3 post was 305g (350mm long) uncut.

One thing to note is that long enough part of the Cannondale Save post must be above the seatpost collar. According to the instructions in the box "post requires a minimum inserted height of 148 mm or 5 3/4 in above the seat binder, not including the allow head". I suppose this has something to do with the flexing of the upper part of post.

It could be they make that recommendation to ensure proper flexing, but it could also be that the layup made to ensure flex is not adequately strong for clamping. Maybe that is what you meant, but just wanted to make sure the OP realized the downside isn't just less flex, but perhaps also a crushed post.

Ended up buying a Cannondale Save seatpost.

Came in at 199g (25.4x350).

Cut 70mm off the end and got rid of the alloy Di2 bung (25g), now weighs in at 174g.

I'm using an Enve 25,4 and it's absolutely perfect in terms of weight and stiffness. It comes in replacement of my Canyon that was too short. I'd say that the Enve is lightly stiffer than the Canyon. Great technology.

One thing I'l say about the Save seatpost is that it is SOOO compliant whilst remaining stiff as a stiff thing on a stiff day.

My CAAD is now a new level of comfort yet still very race focused. Such a great upgrade and half the price of the Enve and lighter.

Pros closet is selling sel cof 25mm posts for $3.99, setback variable from 18/30mm, would need a shim but it's a nice post and has good setback range.

If you want light you can get the mcfk seatpost: http://www.mcfk.de/en/products/sattelst ... tpost.html . 115g for 25.4 in the shorter length. Di2 compatible. Supposedly does both offset and straight because of clamp design. I have seen it straight only but it looks to have a lot of range. Expensive.
