Is there a lightweight option on the market? Looks like extralite makes lightweight bearings but not sure if anything will fit.

Great question, I've looked for the answer in the past and have been unsuccessful. Hopefully someone can chime in here...

Maybe you've answered this question for yourself already but extralite makes an ultraTop (42) that fits the hi mod. To my knowledge they don't make a bottom that works for it though. That'll save a few grams
