Just in case anyone out there is using a Look Ergo Stem (any version, I'm pretty sure), after pestering Tom at Toronto Cycles for a while, he agreed to take a look at making some of the M9x45mm adjuster bolts in Ti. Here are the results - There's a saving of 17g to be had on the pair of bolts.

If you want any, please get in touch direct with Toronto Cycles and I'm sure you'll be as pleased as I was with the results...

FYI I've shown the new bolts in situ (shiny!) on my son's bike, and on the scales, with the equivalent pictures of the original Look steel bolts (matt) for comparison.

Well that's surely a proper WW upgrade...I use the Ergostem exclusively on most of my bikes...only my alu Giant doesn't have one. It is kinda funny to go for Ti bolts on a stem where the weight penalty is so high to start with. I need the adjustability regardless and am willing to pay the weight penalty, but I respect the switch out for Ti nevertheless. It did make me smile a bit though.
