Bely, have you considered a Swift instead of the Factor? They do an aero model now and not so mainstream as the Cervelo, Giant, Trek, Felt, Merida etc aero brands.

A bit more stability and professionalism about them from what I have seen.

Cranky distributors are generally a pain. They're just middle men handling logistics that add zero value to the customer experience, or the product itself. Robots can clearly do this kind of job so it's a matter of time before they go extinct.

It's unlucky you ran into one, maybe there's another shop you could get a Factor frame from with better service.

Basic information you requested should have been available on a website. That they can't get one up (I also looked as I was interested in their frames) speaks quite ill of their current operations. It doesn't take that long to get one up and running to serve this kind of information.
