I bought a new very non-weight weenie gravel bike:

I am trying to lighten it a bit but I would like to get an baseline idea of what the frame weighs without stripping the bike and weighing it. The stock bike weighs just over 22 lb

I am replacing the tires with 700x28 Schwalbe One which are 245g compared to the stock tires which are listed at 470g. I am replacing bars and stem because I have to for fit reasons with a 100g stem and 230g bars. I have also swapped the seatpost with a carbon one I have and am putting a 170g saddle on it.

I am trying to figure out how light I can go based on the frame/fork without replacing the brakes, shifters, deraileurs, cassette. I know it won't be 15 lbs like my road bike but wondering what I should be shooting for? 20, 19, 18?

I don't know if the fork has an alloy or carbon steerer or your frame size so my guesses are:
400-450g
1300-1400g

Fork is full carbon but it is pretty beefy but still that probably bring up the frame estimate?
